Design Philosophy
Quiet references, done properly.
Otaku Nest started in a two-bedroom apartment with a single screen printer and a mutual complaint: anime merch either looked like a costume or barely referenced the source at all. We wanted a third option — pieces built with real construction standards, where the reference rewards a second look instead of shouting for the first one.
Every drop still starts the same way it did on day one: two people, a whiteboard, and a show we can't stop talking about.
